KNOW YOUR RIGHTS BEFORE YOU BUY
POCKET KNIVES AND FOLDING KNIVES — Generally legal for most people in most states, but blade length and carry method matter enormously. In North Carolina (relevant to our Fayetteville customers), you may legally carry and conceal an ordinary folding pocket knife — defined as a small knife with its blade enclosed in the handle that cannot be opened by spring or automatic action. The Court of Appeals has recognized blades up to 4.5 inches when folded as qualifying. You may NOT carry Bowie knives, dirks, daggers, switchblades, or throwing stars concealed. In Texas, knives with blades over 5.5 inches are considered "location-restricted." In California, switchblades and automatic knives are prohibited. In Massachusetts, any blade over 1.5 inches may be classified as a dangerous weapon. A standard folding pocket knife carried openly is your safest option nationwide.
Product Features:
4-inch folding blade (NC compliant), stainless steel construction, manual folding (non-automatic), liner lock mechanism, pocket clip, textured grip handle, CLASS AND PRESTIGE engraving.
